I spent the day yesterday on a "photo safari" with my wedding party..We explored all of Pontotoc from Thaxton, to the beautiful Simon gradens(where we were attacked by a nesting swan, that's a first), and downtown....It was a beautiful day, a beautiful wedding and Carla was a beautiful bride. J.R. is a lucky man......

Bunnies, Bunnies, and more Bunnies for Le Bonheur

We started our annual live bunny sessions today...with a new twist..my friend Connie Haygood is the Regional Rep for Le Bonheur Children's Hospital. Well if you know me you know that I have a very special Great niece named Katy Mae who has a lot of serious birth defects and is a patient at Le Bonheur and John Hopkins. I had been telling Connie that I wanted to do some type of fundraiser for the hospital. She asked me to be the photographer for the Family Affair fundraiser that was coming up and after taking the photos for these special families and knowing how much the hospital has helped Katy we decided to donate the session fee from our Bunny sessions to the hospital..We had 8 session today and about 20 over the next 2 days. Not bad for the first time. If you are still interested in doing bunny photos and would like to donate to Le Bonheur just call the studio and we will do them next week...same special applies... Call us and help the children and their families raise money for Le Bonheur.

Anna and her horse were amazing today...even if the horse did not want to cooperate and I got a sunburn down on the Poppelreiter Ranch..... Anyway it was a beautiful place to spend the day....

Spring Break

It is Spring Break....and oh, but the seniors are out of school.....and have all but hit the panic button that graduation is only a few weeks away...where were you all you guys in the fall ....you could have been done with this ages ago.....This is but one of several senior sessions for the week....Lauren & Kayla are Boonville girls.... my hometown...looks like we grow 'em really pretty back home... Hope you love these girls. And, you definately made the wall!!!!!!!

Rainey Day....Lucky Day

What a beautiful wedding.....and Ahsley said he heard it is good luck if it rains on your wedding day ...I have always heard that....and if it is true, then Katie and Ahsley should have tons of luck. Despite the rain the wedding and the reception were amazing. The bridesmaids were beautiful, the flowergirls adorable, and they danced the night away... Congratulations guys!!!!! Be happy and I will have your proofs soon......

Wedding Belles!!!

With 20 weddings on the books for this year we are sure gearing up for all of the excitement...Our first wedding of this season is in New Albany this weekend. Katie and Ashley make an adorable couple and we can't wait to photography them this weekend. They even have a pink Cadilliac picking them up at the wedding. Sounds like a lot of fun and plan on making a few pit stops downtown for some photo ops. See ya this weekend guys.....

Busy, Busy Weekend...I love warm weather!!!!!!!

I love it when we are busy and I love it when my session go the way I want them to...Ginger, you are glowing...I can't wait to photograph that new baby girl...Anna, your Senior pics look amazing. You look like a Top Model. Carla & JR, I am so glad we worked those engagment photos in before the wedding next weekend..finally good weather. Natahsa, I know your mom is going to love the new photos you all got together for. Ya'll are hysterical...Jeremy, Lacy & Eric, I am still working on your images, check back tomorrow.

And my beautiful Princess Katy came to see me today too. Guess what her and Aunt Dee decided to do....You guessed it ...take pictures.

I met beautiful Emma Pearl Scott today. She showed me her booboo from her surgery. Well anyway here she is just 5 months after her open heart surgery with her friend "HEART".
